It all started with a couple of friends over coffee with a simple question - why do companies have so many failed projects? As former management consultants, we had years of experience working with hundreds of organizations. We always felt that success was about alignment and pragmatism within the organization. We decided to take our years of practice and embark on a journey to help companies solve that challenge.
